#askstartupguy: What are some unknown failures of today's highly successful entrepreneurs?

Success does not come without failure.

If successful people have not done anything stupid, they are faking it. Even if there can be many stories written about a #successful entrepreneur, they don't disclose how they got where they are and attained their #success because discussing about “Failures” is not their agenda.

At one point of time, successful entrepreneurs have faced the following hidden failures before reaching at the top

1. They had chosen wrong #people to work with them. That could be a wrong employee, wrong partner, wrong alliance, wrong #cofounder before they learn to choose the right people for success. Finding the right fit is still challenging for many.

2. They were cheated, betrayed by someone. To learn about what kind of people, those have wrong intention oftenly meet at your #entrepreneurship journey to open your eyes for that next time how to avoid them.

3. They had lost their #money putting at activities that didn't work. They only talk about how they made money when become successful.

If you want to be successful, you must have a senior #mentor or #coach who can tell you, save you or reduce your failures. I said “reduce” because you can't avoid working with an "unfit" #team without knowing them or you have to train them to become fit for you, that comes with experiences.
