Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and schedule sales meetings
- Reach out to prospective customers via email and phone
- Attend events and follow up with prospective customers
- Deliver an extra-ordinary experience for prospects who are considering using StartupApp
- Assist providing support and solutions to customers (StartupApp is easy to use, so the requests are really low)
- Help communicate product launches through our app
- Take part in organising events
Job requirements
- Excellent writing ability and phone skills
- Can be based anywhere in South Africa
- Wants startup experience
