Digital Product Development program
codesters.club is a Digital Product Development program initiated and set up by the Riesenkampff Foundation in order to provide future-oriented technology education for gymnasium level pupils in Estonia.

This program focuses not on teaching a particular programming language, but on training a combination of soft and technical skills needed to deliver digital products that users would love. During a 3-year program pupil from a partner, schools have a chance to try out the shoes of a UX designer, front-end and back-end developer, project manager as well as work on their own project ideas with the help of industry professionals. Part of the classes is held outside of school premises, thus visiting well-known technology companies and being able to learn in premises where different digital technologies are actually developed.

Ideation hackathon

Creative Hack/Loomehäkk is the biggest creative industry hackathon in the Baltic Sea Region. The aim of this 48-hour hackathon is to bring together people from various walks of life, including different creative fields like designers, artists, musicians, etc. They build teams to develop a prototype with a business model within 48 hours. During this event, participants will gain first-hand experience of teamwork, knowledge of business models and design, as well as the basics and practice of presenting the idea (pitching).

Tallinn University offers several entrepreneurship programs like STARTERtallinn, Startup Passion, Loomehäkk, and others, but also specific courses like ELU. 

It is the place where students can turn their ideas into business by participating in hackathons, entrepreneurship programs, competitions, mentoring events or passing the compulsory course ELU (Enhanced Learning Unlimited). ELU introduces interdisciplinary approach to learning, develops teamwork, entrepreneurial and project management skills. Extracurricular programme STARTER gives students an opportunity to develop a business model for their idea. STARTER program provides hands-on training sessions with top field experts, mentoring events, further access to accelerators and incubators and end up with a final competition (Demo Day)

The University of Tartu IdeaLab is providing pre-incubation services (workshops, consultation, collaboration with experts and scientists) for all students and University of Tartu early-stage start-up teams.

It is the place where students can turn their ideas into reality by participating in inspirational events, hackathons, workshops, meet-ups with entrepreneurs and pitching competitions.  Our extra-curricular business idea development programme STARTER enables students to develop their ideas into validated business models. The University of Tartu IdeaLab is providing pre-incubation services (workshops, consultation, collaboration with experts and scientists) for all students and University of Tartu early-stage start-up teams.

It is the place where students can turn their ideas into reality by participating in inspirational events, hackathons, workshops, meet-ups with entrepreneurs and pitching competitions.  Our extra-curricular business idea development programme STARTER enables students to develop their ideas into validated business models. Hands-on workshops are supervised by entrepreneurs and integrated with mentoring sessions. Mentors are start-up founders or entrepreneurs from different business sectors.
